My Services
Professional Sex & Relationship Therapy for Individuals and Couples
Welcome. I’m a qualified sex and relationship therapist offering confidential, non-judgmental talking therapy to help individuals and couples improve intimacy, communication, and emotional connection. Whether you’re experiencing challenges in your sexual relationship, struggling with desire, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can help you find clarity and confidence.
Individual Sex Therapy
Personal therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences around sex, relationships, and self-esteem. Together, we can work on:
Painful sex & Vaginismus
Dyspareunia & Vulvodynia
Erectile dysfunction or ejaculation issues
Low or mismatched sexual desire
Performance anxiety or confidence issues
Difficulty reaching satisfaction or pleasure
Shame, guilt, or past sexual trauma
Understanding your sexual identity or orientation
Improving body image and self-acceptance
Compulsive Sexual Behaviour
Each session is tailored to your individual needs, at a pace that feels right for you.
Couples Sex and Relationship Therapy
Couples therapy focuses on communication, emotional intimacy, and sexual connection within your relationship. It offers a structured and supportive environment to explore challenges such as:
Mismatched libido, desire differences or sexless relationships
Loss of intimacy or emotional closeness
Recovering from infidelity or betrayal
Communication difficulties
Navigating life transitions (parenthood, menopause, illness, merging families, finances etc.)
Separation or Divorce
Infertility or child loss
Conflicts and frequent arguments
Strengthening your relationship
My approach to therapy is both humanistic and integrative, meaning I tailor our work to your unique needs and personality. I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" solution; instead, I draw from various psychological theories, tools, and techniques to ensure our sessions are as effective and creative as possible. I'm passionate about helping you overcome barriers, enhance communication, and rediscover pleasure and connection. After all, healthy relationships and fulfilling sexual experiences are crucial for our overall well-being.
I often integrate person-centered therapy with psychodynamic theory, exploring how past experiences shape your current thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Attachment theory helps us understand how early relationships influence your life today, and I always maintain a trauma-informed approach. For specific sexual dysfunctions, I might incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I sometimes use Gestalt Therapy to help you focus on present feelings.
Beyond my therapy practice, I'm also a Senior Mental Health Nurse with over 18 years of experience in both NHS and private sectors. This extensive background includes supporting individuals through complex mental health challenges, enduring mental illness, and crises, as well as working extensively with Autism and ADHD.

Each session lasts 50 minutes.
